Intensive Study Week Courses

We aim to offer a varied social programme including exciting activities which appeal to young people’s sense of adventure and fun while also allowing them to gain an insight and appreciation of Ireland’s unique history and culture.

Our Intensive Study Week Courses run from September to June.

Minimum number to travel 12

They are closed groups only

All excursions/activities will be accompanied by the group leader(s) and an Irish guide.

Prices

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

COURSES  – English Language Institute Ireland will be liable only in providing groups with the agreed course through its agent or school

COURSE CANCELLATION – English Language Institute have the right to cancel agreed arrangements if booking conditions are not fully complied with

EXTRAS – If groups require any extras related to the course, these should be stated in writing to the school two weeks prior to arrival

CHANGE OF HOST FAMILY – If a student wishes to move from one host family home to another host family home, a fee of €150 must be paid before moving

PAYMENT – Each booking to include a €200 deposit and two recent passport size photos.

Balance of fees to be paid 28 days before commencement of course

REFUND – Cancellations received within 15 to 28 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 75% of fees paid.  Cancellations received within 8 to 14 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 50% of fees paid.  Cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 25% of fees paid.  Once a student has started the course, there will be no refund of fees

RULES – Each Student to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and signed by parent/guardian on application form and Student Handbook. English Language Institute Ireland shall have full control & authority over all junior students

DISMISSAL -English Language Institute Ireland may at any time and at their sole discretion (whether stated or not) dismiss a student

LIABILITY – English Language Institute Ireland will not be liable for any articles, the property of the student, damaged or mislaid. The parent or guardian hereby indemnifies English Language Institute Ireland against all actions, claims, costs expenses and damages arising from misconduct, default or any breach of law whatever on the part of the student
